Having over 25 years of experience. I began my journey at 16 with two 20 pounds dumbbells. I did various exercises; from curls to shoulder presses, squats, push-ups taking interest into fitness, being in shape and more. Moving forward in my life, I got heavily into body building & power lifting, strength and conditioning, and cardiovascular work. I also ventured into wrestling in high school and played football. As I ventured for more competitive challenges, I then studied other art forms such as kung fu, jiu jitsu, muay thai, tai chi, chi gong, boxing & kick boxing. I also studied meditation and breathing techniques. So my thing was to have a healthy body is to have a healthy mind.
