Fitness has been a passion of mine for about 15 years, the first time I lifted a weight I was hooked. I have been training clients and group classes for over 10 years and during that time I have refined my fitness strategy to provide the best results, but more importantly, to do so while having fun! I know that if you enjoy your workouts you are much more likely to stick with them. After having three children via cesarean, my focus was really understanding pre and postpartum exercises. I’m committed to helping mothers reclaim their strength and confidence.
