Each class offers something different. Upper body, lower body, full body and of course a dash of cardio in a fun, supportive environment. All fitness levels welcome.

‘Beyond Yoga & Tai Chi with Louise’ Yoga classes take place in the Studio at Trainer Games Fitness Centre and offer a Yoga class that is a harmonious blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates poses, and Meditation.
